The website provides information about Shkolla360, a school management platform developed by Tretek, and lets schools and institutions request a demonstration.

The information on the website is general. Features, availability and how the platform is set up can differ between schools and may change over time. Nothing on the website is a binding offer.

These terms cover the website only. Access to the Shkolla360 web and mobile apps is provided to schools and institutions under separate agreements with Tretek, and those agreements govern the use of the platform.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or interfere with how they work;
• send automated, misleading or abusive requests through the demo request form.

The Shkolla360 name and logo, the product screenshots and the content of this website belong to Tretek or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for other purposes without our written permission.

The website links to other websites, such as tretek.io and Tretek’s social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Tretek is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content.
